WHO WE ARE

Ghostlight Coffee Company LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company operating at 817 W. Maple Ave., Bloomfield, NM 87413. We sell specialty coffee and related products direct to consumers through our website.

ORDERING

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

PRICING

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Discount codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

PAYMENT

We accept payment through WooPayments, powered by Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By completing a purchase you agree to the applicable payment processor’s terms of service. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

SHIPPING

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $3.50 plus $1.50 per item. Orders over $100 ship free. Because our coffee is roasted to order, please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we are unable to accept returns on coffee, matcha, or related items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days and we will make it right. For full details, see our Refund and Returns Policy.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to accurately describe our products including flavor profiles, roast levels, and ingredients. Actual taste and experience may vary based on individual preference, brewing method, and equipment.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on ghostlight.coffee including text, graphics, logos, photography, and packaging designs is the property of Ghostlight Coffee Company LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

CHARITABLE GIVING

Ghostlight Coffee Company LLC donates 10% of all pre-tax sales to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. This commitment is made in good faith and may be subject to adjustment in the event of extraordinary business circumstances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ghostlight Coffee Company LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent order.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Juan County, New Mexico.
