We stand behind every bag we send out. If something’s not right, we want to make it right.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 15 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it at our expense, no hassle.
LOST IN TRANSIT
If your package never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment team to track it down or send a replacement.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel an order, but timing matters:
Before your coffee enters production: full refund.
After production begins but before shipping: partial refund, minus production costs.
After your order has shipped: no cancellation available.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. The sooner you reach out, the more options we have.
RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we are unable to accept returns on any coffee, matcha, or related items, whether opened or sealed. This is a food safety requirement, not a loophole.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to the corrected address.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require a reshipment fee to resend. Unclaimed packages not resolved within 30 days may be donated to charity.
NOT LOVING YOUR COFFEE
We want you to love what you ordered. While we can’t offer refunds for personal taste preferences, reach out to us and tell us what didn’t land. We’re happy to help you find a better match from our collection for next time.
