WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is $3.50 plus $1.50 per additional item. Orders over $100 ship free.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Because our coffee is roasted to order, most orders require a few days for production before shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days. All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to the corrected address.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment team to track it down or send a replacement.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require a reshipment fee to resend. Unclaimed packages not resolved within 30 days may be donated to charity.
